2. Same-Day Delivery We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed through our app.Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time to qualify for same-day delivery.Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery Time WindowDeliveries are made within a specified time window communicated at checkout or via the app.While we aim to deliver within the selected time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order ProcessingAll vegetables are freshly sourced and packed on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness and quality.Once an order is confirmed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be modified or canceled after processing has started.

5. Delivery FeesDelivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.Fees may vary based on order size, distance, or delivery time.

6. Receiving the OrderA responsible staff member must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order may be considered completed, and no refund will be issued due to the perishable nature of the products.

7. Quality & FreshnessWe take great care to maintain freshness during transport.If you receive an order with damaged or spoiled items, please report it through the app within the same delivery day, along with photos if possible.

8. Failed or Delayed DeliveriesIn the event of a failed delivery caused by incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, we are not responsible for product loss.For delays caused by us, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.
