1. Introduction

Welcome to Kotal Farm. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kotal Farm mobile application and services. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Services

Kotal Farm provides a platform for restaurants to order fresh vegetables with same-day delivery, subject to availability and location.

3. Eligibility

By using Kotal Farm, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are authorized to place orders on behalf of a restaurant or business

  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date

4. Account Registration

  • Users may be required to create an account to place orders.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Kotal Farm is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed through the app are subject to acceptance by Kotal Farm.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or operational reasons.

  • Once an order is confirmed and processing has started, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed in the app are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment terms, methods, and any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.

  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

7. Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other factors.

  • Kotal Farm is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

8. Delivery & Receiving Orders

  • A responsible representative must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order may be considered completed without refund due to the perishable nature of the products.

9. Quality & Complaints

  • Our products are fresh and carefully handled.

  • Any issues with quality or missing items must be reported on the same delivery day through the app or support channel.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

10. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables, refunds or returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Interfere with the app’s functionality or security

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials within the app belong to Kotal Farm and may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Kotal Farm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if these Terms are violated.
